Organization Planning Module has two main objectives:
- First, it provides tools to create organization chart and plan head counts in the company.
- Second, it gives users easy access to personnel information from the chart and drill down to personnel folder.
From the chart, management can view organization structure as well as number of employees and positions, either filled or available. Comparison of head counts can be in Graphic or Tree view.
Each organization is unique, so as its organization structure. Having that in mind, Organization Planning Module offers management the ability to define his/her own organization tree structure with unlimited level.
